The Tennessee Eagles R/C Club #4276, located in Harriman, Tennessee, is a dedicated community of radio-controlled aviation enthusiasts. The club offers a well-maintained flying field featuring a 600鈥 x 75鈥 smooth grass runway as well as a geotex runway, accommodating various aircraft types, including fixed-wing planes, helicopters, and jets. They prioritize safety and enjoyment, providing amenities such as a port-a-toilet and a designated spectator area.
They host various events throughout the year including their annual 鈥Fun Fly鈥 and 鈥Warbirds Over Harriman,鈥 attracting skilled pilots from across Tennessee to showcase their aircraft and flying skills. These events provide opportunities for community engagement and the chance to witness impressive aerobatic stunts and scale model aircraft in action.
The club is committed to community involvement, regularly organizing events open to the public and supporting charitable causes. Earlier this year, club members put on a flying demo at the at Dyllis Springs School.
Whether you鈥檙e an experienced pilot or just starting, the Tennessee Eagles R/C Club offers a supportive and engaging environment to explore the world of radio-controlled flight.
