The Radio Control Modelers of Baltimore (RCMB) #335 is an AMA Gold Leader Club in Parkton, Maryland. RCMB was established in the 1950's at Peerce's Plantation. Their current flying site, Kirk Field, is located on the Parkton Landfill. Their mission is to enjoy & perpetuate the hobby of building & flying all types of model aircraft.
Amenities include a 300' blacktop runway, electricity, covered pits, pilot stands, ample parking lot, club house, spectator seating, and a great group of friendly members. The club has a handful of qualified instructors to help the young & old pilot wanting to get into the hobby of model aviation. RCMB also participates in various community activities, including STEM projects at local schools and colleges, Scouts, Civil Air Patrol, and more.
RCMB also supports an active group of indoor flying pilots that meet frequently at the Carroll Manor Recreational Center Gym in Jacksonville, MD.
