Copies from Library made by You:
Photocopies only, for private study, scholarship, or research. Restricted to publications in stable condition.
        Self-Service Library Copier      $0.15 per copy

Copies from Library made by Museum Staff:
Photocopies only, for private study, scholarship, or research. Hourly research fees (beyond the first free hour) will be charged for staff time used to pull and copy. Restricted to publications in stable condition.
        Non-Members          $5.00 each article
        AMA Members          $4.00 each article
        Museum Patrons      $3.00 each article

Copies from Object Collections and Archives made by Museum Staff:
Photocopies/print outs only, for private study, scholarship, or research. The Museum reserves the right to only reproduce public domain and AMA copyright-held photographs. Submit any requests for publication in writing; additional fees may apply. Photocopying is restricted to items in stable condition; unstable items may be photographed when possible. Hourly research fees (beyond the first free hour) will be charged for staff time used to pull and photograph/copy. Items may be folded to fit our mailing envelopes.
         Image photocopies/print outs      $5.00 each

Research Fees

Research by Museum Staff:
The first hour of research by museum staff is free. Hourly charges start accruing at the 2nd hour.
        Museum Patrons      $25.00 per hour + any cost of copy service fees
        AMA Members          $30.00 per hour + any cost of copy service fees
        Non- Members          $35.00 per hour + any cost of copy service fees

Research by You:
The majority of the Library collection is open to the public without an appointment. Research in Collections and Archives and some access to older library materials in storage requires 48-hour notice approved prior to arrival. Please contact Museum staff to set up an appointment.
        Museum Patrons                      No charge
        AMA Members                           No charge
        Non-Member, age 7-17            $2.50 per day (includes admission to museum)
        Non-Member, age 17and up   $5.00 per day (includes admission to museum)

Payments

Payments may be made by cash, check, debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), PayPal, or money order. Checks should be made out to “National Model Aviation Museum”. Contact museumarchives@modelaircraft.org or (765) 287-1256 ext. 511 to arrange payment. Items will be sent after payment is made.

Changes to Fees
The Museum reserves the right to change research and service fees, and terms of service, without notice.
